RETURNS

We offer free returns on all full-price orders within 30 business days of delivery for a full refund to the original payment method. Any merchandise that is final sale, looks worn, washed, broken, is missing tags or receipt will not be refunded.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders.

To return an item, please process your request by contacting us. We will respond with a free return shipping label within one business day.

Refunds will be processed within 3 business days of receiving your return. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is issued. Please allow up to 14 days for the credit to appear on your original method of payment.

All sale items are FINAL and cannot be exchanged or returned. We do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders.

EXCHANGES FOR US ORDERS

We offer free exchanges for items of equal or lesser value. To exchange an item, please process by sending us an email at [email protected] indicating which item(s) you are returning and what item, color, and size you would like for your exchange. We will respond with a free return shipping label within one business day. If your requested item has completely sold out, we will notify you by email and will refund you instead.

REFUNDS

We accept returns on orders within 30 business days of your original shipping date for a full refund. Any merchandise that looks worn, washed, broken, is missing tags or receipt will not be refunded. Refunds are processed within 14 business days after the merchandise is received. You will receive an email confirming the refund once processed. We do not accept returns on international orders.

To start the return process, please email us at [email protected] with “return” in the subject line stating which items you will be returning. Use the same packaging in which the merchandise was originally shipped.
